Baldwin Design was appointed in 2013 to achieve Reserved Matters planning approval for the redevelopment of a former Booth Hall Hospital into a residential development. Planning consent was granted for 257 dwellings comprising of two, three and four bedroom houses.

Baldwin Design was also employed to design and prepare a full planning application for the conversion of an existing lodge building into two residential homes. This planning application is currently with Manchester City Council and is expected to be approved imminently.
