As part of the redevelopment of the Blue Zone at Macclesfield the NHS and the PCT required a new build 4000 sq ft office building. Baldwin Design obtained planning consent in conjunction with Key Worker Homes. We then went on to provide all other architectural services to the main contractor, with practical completion of the bulding in Sept 2011.
