Clock Tower at Macclesfield Hospital, off Prestbury Road, Macclesfield.

Service

Following a successful planning approval, Baldwin Design was appointed in 2009 to produce a full package of construction drawings for the refurbishment of an existing Grade II Listed building into 36 apartments. Based on a design and build contract, Baldwin Design were employed as lead consultant to monitor all site queries to final construction.

Recognition

Scheme was commended for best social or affordable housing development at the LABC awards.
